Come out and enjoy this exciting Tuesday night event downtown Zeeland! Last year’s race was a lot of fun with approximately 800 participants ZOOMING their way through the streets of Zeeland! In the heart of historic downtown Zeeland. Feel the Zeel.
Race Course:
The Zeeland Zoom will take runners on a fast 3.1 mile adventure through historic downtown Zeeland. The Zeeland Zoom is a professionally timed race; participants will be provided a time chip to wear on the course which will be tracked by a ChronoTrack mat to mat Start and Finish Line. Fast runners should position themselves at the front of the pack. Baby strollers and dogs are welcome but will be asked to stay out of the way of runners. Dogs must be on a leash.

Registrants will receive a short-sleeved Zeeland Zoom t-shirt, complementary gift bag and after-race refreshments. T-shirts are guaranteed for applications received by Monday, June 20. After that date shirts will be available first come first served.

Family Rate:
Family rate available for families of 4 or more people. ($45 for 3, $5 for each additional family member.)

Corporate Rate:
Corporate rate available for groups of co-workers who wish to participate. Corporate Rate is $10/person (minimum 5 people).

Age Divisions & Awards:
14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65 and over.
· 5K Competitive Run – male and female overall, male and female masters (40 & over), will receive $100 cash prize.
· Age Divisions – 1st, 2nd, 3rd places for each division.
· The Award Ceremony will be held near the corner of Main/Elm Streets immediately following the end of the run.
Scores:
The Zeeland Zoom will be scored by Classic Race Management. Results will be posted on the race board as they become official following the completion of the event. Results may also be accessed on June 29 at www.feelthezeel.com and www.classicrace.com.
Packet Pick Up & On-Site Registration:

On-Site Registration is cash or check only.
In the event of severe weather (thunder & lightening) the Zeeland Zoom will be rescheduled for Wednesday, June 39 @ 7pm. Registration and fees will be transferred to this date. No refunds. Weather updates will be posted at www.feelthezeel.com.
Directions From Grand Rapids:
Leave I-196 at Exit 55. Turn right at the signal toward M-21 (or Business Route 196 West). Continue straight west and turn right (north) onto State Street. Head up the hill on State Street to the traffic light at Central Avenue/State Street. Turn Right on Central Avenue. Head east on Central Avenue to Church Street. Turn left on Church Street. Parking is free.
Directions From Holland / Grand Haven:
Take Business Route 196 east to State Street. Get into your left lane and go through the stop light at State Street. Take the “Michigan turn” and stay in your right lane. At the State Street traffic light turn right (north) onto State Street. Head up the hill on State Street to the traffic light at Central Avenue/State Street. Turn Right on Central Avenue. Head east on Central Avenue to Church Street. Turn left on Church Street. Parking is free.
Directions From Saugatuck / South Haven:
Leave I-196 at Exit 52. Turn right onto Adams Street then left onto 96th Avenue heading north. Continue north on 96th (which turns into State Street) and cross over Business Route 21 (or BR 196). Head up the hill on State Street to the traffic light at Central Avenue/State Street. Turn Right on Central Avenue. Head east on Central Avenue to Church Street. Turn left on Church Street. Parking is free.
